Sea Girls - Eat Me Whole

New single from the London quartet who will be touring the UK in October. In the meantime you can catch them supporting The Academic on four dates next month.

18th April - Southampton, Heartbreakers
19th April - London, The Garage
21st April - Oxford, The Cellar
22nd April - Birmingham, Mama Roux's

Lucia - Melted Ice Cream

Brand new track from the Glaswegian. Hopefully an album may not be too far away.

Dream Wife

Possibly the best band in the world at the moment (changes every day). The London trio have just released their debut album which is quite frankly magnificent. Annoyingly the splatter vinyl version of the record has now sold out so I would advise anyone who owns one to make sure you keep your doors and windows locked at all times.

Circus Wolves - Judas

This is the superb new single from Manchester band Circus Wolves. Sounds pretty good to me!

Part Chimp - IV

Part Chimp are back with their fourth LP cunningly titled IV. It's available through Rock Action Records and as you will notice from the track below makes a damn good racket! There's a very sexy white vinyl version which I personally find irresistible.

Transcode - Kingpin

To kick-start the Shadow Series, where we aim to introduce our listeners to some harder and darker sounds, emerges Transcode. The young Manchurian specialises in dark and melodic techno, already touted as an upcoming star by techno giants Stil Vor Talent.
His single see's two weighty remixes, the first of which is from German duo Kaiser Souzai, whom are popular among the European techno circuit and whom we are big fans of here in the Throne Room office. Kaiser Souzai's remix adds a main room element to the track, evolving the melody into what we can only describe as spectacular.
The second remix is one we are extremely honoured to line up under our label, a simply brilliant take from multi-platinum producer Glenn Morrison. Most will know Glenn Morrison from his work with industry leaders like Sony Records and Universal Music Group as a writer, producer and recording artist.
Rather than simply dipping our toes in the techno pool, Kingpin see's Throne Room dive in head first.
